Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment network. Typical delivery is 4–8 business days after 1–2 business days of processing; remote and customs-cleared destinations can take longer.
What makes a surface suitable?
Adhesive pieces need clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surfaces such as suitable glazed tile. Tension pieces need firm parallel surfaces. Each product page gives its exact limits.
Can you fit or repair bathroom items?
No. Ripple sells self-fit surface accessories and does not provide repair, fixed-water, drainage, gas, electrical or heating work.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, or 60 days for eligible paid members. Goods must be unused with packaging. Opened or used hygiene-contact goods are excluded unless faulty.
How do I cancel membership?
Use the customer billing portal link in your payment email or contact support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and current access continues through the paid period.
